Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. My heart goes out to the family. Death is something we will never get use to. In fact, God's Word refers to death as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) It is comforting to know that very soon our loving Heavenly Father will remove death once and for all and give us the opportunity to see our loved ones again here on the earth.

Anne and Mike, Gail Schneider emailed me this horrendous news. I am finding it hard to reconcile that you have had to go through losing a second child. It seems like yesterday that Peter and I were sitting in a church mourning the death of your adopted baby son. I am so, so, sorry and amazed at your strength. Congratulations are in order as I understand your beautiful Shannon was recently married. We are thinking of you and praying for you and Sean. While we did not know him, he had to be fantastic if he was your son. King regards, Carol and Peter

I will always remember dancing with Sean at recent family weddings. With a sweet shy smile, Sean walked onto the dance floor stiffly, but quickly loosened up and really enjoyed himself! I'm so thankful to have these recent memories.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is particularly hard to lose a loved one when they are so young and especially when it's your child. I hope that the many memories you have of Sean will bring you the comfort you need in order to endure this difficult time. Also, please draw comfort from Jesus' promise of a resurrection of our loved ones found at John 5:28, 29. Again, please accept my sincere condolences.
