We mourn your loss and celebrate your life and the memories of all you have done for others and especially the children of Northern Ireland. We have fond memories of all your trips to New York on American Eagle to pick up the children. You have helped to create peace and harmony for others. May you rest in peace.

Mike, I am so sorry. I read about it on the reunion website. As you probably know I lost Sterling 10 years ago to diabetes. I have been remembering all the good times we had in Herndon living across the street. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Diana was the very first person I met when I transferred to Washington. We were friends in an instant. I was and still am amazed by her positive outlook and energy. She made a huge difference in so many people's lives ... I know that I am grateful to have known her, and that a tremendous number of others feel the same way. Rest in Peace, Diana. You are home now. Love, Donna

Diana and I met when she joined the Great Falls Friends and Neighbors. We found a shared passion in volunteering at the Artemis Shelter. From assisting the families, to setting up the Christmas tree and to conducting drives to get household items that were needed for the women and children to start their new lives, Diana brought such a sense of caring to all she met.
Diana was there to support Sara, her cleaning lady and her family, during her battle with cancer.
Diana had a smile for whomever she met and a heart that was ever so big.
I am so glad that Norma got us together to celebrate Diana during the Christmas holidays. We all had so much fun but most of all Diana was glad to have so many friends around her. Thank you Norma...
Most of all I will miss our very long phone chats .
My prayers will always be with Mike and Matthew who gave her so much joy.

The loss of a loved one is very devastating. It is comforting to know you can reach out to God in prayer, for He is called at Psalm 65:2 the "Hearer of prayer." The help God supplies, through prayer, does make a difference. While it does not eliminate the pain, it makes it easier to bear until His promise found at John 5:28, 29 is fulfilled. Please accept my condolences on the loss of Diana.

I always knew Diana as "Donnie", she was my cousin and friend. It was my privilege to know her for 62 years. There is now an empty place in the family where she once laughed and entertained us. Mike and Matthew remember you are our family and call on us anytime.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Diana. Diana was a very special lady. She had a huge heart, and extended such kindness and generosity to others. She was especially generous to Project Children. She, along with her husband and sons, opened their home and hearts to many children from Northern Ireland over the years. Our deepest sympathy to Mike and family.
