Obituary of David Paul Mercier

Mercier, David Paul Passed away on June 6, 2014 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 46. Born September 3, 1967, he graduated from Broad Run High in Ashburn, VA, and attended East Tennessee State University, focused on Liberal Arts. David is survived by his loving parents William and Patricia Mercier of Sterling, VA; his brother Stephen (Carolyn) Mercier, his nephew Joseph and niece Robyn, all of Woodbridge , VA. David leaves behind a long list of very close relatives to include 4 Uncles, 7 Aunts, numerous cousins, and other family members as well as a very lengthy and supportive grouping of close personal friends and roommates. He also had many LARP acquaintances from around the country. In his short life David touched and assisted so many people. He will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA on Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. The Mercier family requests in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in David's name to the Halquist Memorial Hospice Center, 4715 N. 15th Street, Arlington, VA 22205.
