Elden was a good neighbor to our daughter, Andrea while she lived on Whisperhill Drive. He came to her rescue when she had a flood in the basement, drove her to the airport several times, lent her tools and advice. My wife and I live in Ohio so it was a comfort to us to have Elden as her neighbor. We had his telephone number in our book as an emergency number. He helped me install a storm door for her on one of the hottest days in July a couple of years ago. Although we only met Elden 4 or 5 times, we considered him a friend.
