We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Barbara. I have many wonderful memories of Barbara. We went through grammar school, high school and Katherine Gibbs together. We were in each others weddings. She will be missed. Our condolences to the family. Always, Gail & Chuck

Barbara was a wonderful friend and I will miss her dearly. we worked together many years and I was in and out of her house all the time over the years. what I will always remember is you could always tell what time of year it was based on what was in her foyer. a few weeks before Easter the baskets would start to appear and the sweets and gifts tailored to what each of her kids and later grand kids liked would gather ready for the day. Later in the year the items to make a family week at the beach a special event. later birthday gifts for the kids . from there the turkey roaster tray and all the goodies for thanksgiving at the beach would be there waiting for a special gathering. not that she had time , I never knew where she found the time but it was always there and she loved every minute of it!

My fondest memories of Barbara are how she loved a good social gathering! I first met her at a Countryside Crab Feast. She had a great time and the highlight of the evening was a group of us trying to walk home in the pitch black night and having to hold on to one another to move along the unlit path home. She loved getting together for neighborhood birthdays, holiday parties for the "counting crew" of her business, baby showers, and, of course, bunco. Barbara and I planned and hosted a wedding shower for Becca Townsend together and she was meticulous over every detail to make sure the day was perfect for Becca and her mom, Teri. She even made me re-tie the bows on the party favors so they all looked the same! The day of the shower, she had as much fun as anyone. I will miss her smile and the twinkle in her eye. Hers was a life well lived and she will be missed.
