Of Reston, VA on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Reston Hospital. Beloved husband of Deborah Charlton; devoted father of Lee (Rachel) Charlton. Brother of Linda Hammer of Muskogee, OK and Mike Charlton of Tahlequah, OK. The family will receive friends at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA on Sunday, October 16, 2011 from 5-8 PM. Funeral Services and Interment with military honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to any Vietnam Veteran related Organization.
