I met Pat while working on the MDA contract while I was at L-3. She was funny, nice, and a joy to work with. She helped throwing me a baby shower which was unexpected, nice, and greatly appreciate. I am sorry to know of her passing.

Dear Bill, Chris, Katie, Caitlin, Erin and all of the Collins family, Without a doubt, Pat is missed, and remains in the hearts and minds of each person whose life she touched. Because she was filled with more love and goodness than anyone I have ever met, not having her with you must remain very painful. She truly was one in a million. Love, Gail and Clay

Pat was a great person who truly cared about those with whom she worked. You always knew that Pat "had your back" when things got tense. She showed honest affection, and was not shy about it. She was tough when it was necessary, consistently fair to all, and maintained a GREAT sense of humor. She also loved her husband, children, was fiercely proud of them, as well as her large and diverse family. Without a doubt, she was one of the best people I have known over the years. I considered her a friend, and I miss her.

I was the VP & General Manager of the L-3 GS&ES division where Pat worked on the MDA contract. We had at least monthly business meetings, often more frequent. As soon as I got the bad news, I emailed several of our previous co-workers who probably had not heard. I have included responses from some. Thank you very much for calling me. I attended the service and it was a very proper farewell to a truly good person. I offer my deepest condolences to the family. Larry Wall From Dave Hart, RADM USN (Retired). Dave was Senior VP in the L-3 GS&ES Division when Pat managed the MDA contract. “Truly sad to learn of Pat's passing. She was an extraordinary leader, terrific person, and all round class act. Thank you for passing on the information.” From John Civiello. John was the VP for Operations in Dave Hart’s Division. “I am very sad to hear that Pat passed away. I really liked her and thought she was a very good person. She will be missed by everyone who knew her, especially her family who she talked about often. Thank you for letting me know.” From Regina Joslin, my EA in my L-3 GS&ES Business Unit. “Thanks for passing on the news. It's quite a shock. I don't believe that I can get to any of the services, but I will keep her and her family in my thoughts and prayers.”

Bill, Christopher, Caitlin, Erin and all of the Collins and Wolff family members, We send you love, and share in your loss of one of the most beautiful, inspirational people most of us will ever be fortunate enough to know. Pat's love of her family and friends, her never-ending faith, her optimism, her insatiable appetite for helping others, her amazing intellect and her genuine appreciation of life – put her in a class of her own.

Pat was one of the most beloved people we knew. She always had a kind word or lent a helping hand. Her family always came first. She leaves us way too soon and will be sorely missed by all. Love and prayers for all Collins' and Wolffs. She is clearly in a better place.

I was so sorry to hear about Pat's passing. We had lost touch since leaving our beloved HCI, but I will always have fond memories of working with Pat. She was so kind and generous and boy, was she talented with her hostessing and crafting. What great memories of our HCI meetings at Pat's. She was devoted to her family, had such obvious and great love for her children and husband and friends. Pat, you brought light into many lives and I am lucky that our lives crossed paths.

My thoughts are with Pat's family as they grieve the loss of someone so special. Pat was very welcoming and kind to Girl Scout troops and provided great support to the leaders. I'm sure I witnessed only a fraction of the time she spent volunteering and helping others. What a gem. I'm thankful to have known her and share in your grief. I wish you well as you transition forward.
