Of Ashburn, VA on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Heritage Hall in Leesburg, VA. He was born on December 20, 1928 in San Salvador, El Salvador to Arcadio and Milagro Mancia Chavez. He is survived by his wife Eleanor Agnes Chavez. Father of Kevin Chavez of Warrenton, VA; Mary Ann Fontana of Sterling, Va; Susan Parker of Huntsville, AL; Joseph Chavez of Corpus Christi, TX and Sharon Byington of Stockton, CA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
