Obituary of Claireen Holmes Dennis

Claireen Holmes Dennis, 57, of Fairfax, VA, passed away at home after a brief illness. Claireen is survived by her husband of 33 years, Kelly Dennis and her three children, Eric, Adam (Farrell Wilkins), and her beloved daughter Jessica, and her precious granddaughter, Lily. Claireen is also survived by her four siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. Claireen was a devoted wife and loving mother to her family. She especially enjoyed spending time in her hometown of Auburn, NY. She treasured her friends both in Virginia and in Auburn. Claireen's life passion was helping children. She was a school counselor at Yorkshire Elementary School in Manassas Park, Virginia. A visitation will take place Wednesday, December 17, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 11900 Lawyers Rd. Reston, VA from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Auburn, NY on Friday, December 19. Donations in memory of Claireen may be made to a charity of your choice.
