Obituary of Janet Egdemond

Janet N. Edgemond, age 75, on Saturday January 17, 2015, at her home in Reston, Virginia, after a heroic battle with cancer. Cherished and accomplished mother of Skip (Jamie) Edgemond, Caryn (John) Brzykcy, and James (Tammy) Edgemond. She is also survived by seven beautiful grandchildren; Hailey, Amy, Jenna, Megan, Zach, Jack, and Cameron. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Captain John William Edgemond III. Family will receive friends from 10-11am at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA, on Wednesday January 21, 2015. A funeral service will follow at 11am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org.
