Obituary of Hannah M. Claridge

Hannah Monroe Claridge, age 93, died on December 31, 2010 at Virginia Hospital Center, Arlington, VA . She was born on November 24, 1917 in Herndon, VA to the late Albert P. and Carolyn Hutchinson Wrenn. Hannah retired from the City of Falls Church after 25 years of service. Hannah was the loving and devoted mother of Carolyn Page Mori of Great Falls, VA, Jack Monroe and his wife Jerry of Falls Church, VA and Theodore Monroe of Naples, FL, sister of Martha Pearson of Centreville, VA and the late Richard Wrenn and Bud Wrenn, proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 5 th from 10am to 12 noon at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 6 th at 12 noon. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Meals on Wheels, Northern Virginia, 2500 North Van Dorn Street, Apt # 506, Alexandria, VA 22302.
