My most vivid memories of Mrs. Nevitt were those of days past. She was a large presence & intregal part of the neighborhood in which I grew up. Fairlee Drive was a close knit community in which everyone knew each other & mothers looked out for each others' children. She was the epitome of who a mom should be and was as kind to me as she was to all of the kids. Never will I visit the old neighborhood in my mind without thinking of Mrs. Nevitt. Rest in peace, dear lady.

Mom would have turned 91 in about 3wks. She wasn't feeling well Tues and was admitted into the emergency room @ Grand Strand hosp. Myrtle Beach. She passed away Thurs the 19th around noon. She was tired and ready to go home. She spent the last 6yrs at Eagle Crest Retirement Community in Myrtle Beach SC. and was loved by all and will be missed by many. She ate well and never complained. I enjoyed my time with her over the years during my 3-6mo. visits every year. Something I'm glad I did. She's at peace and no longer suffering. She was an excellent mother and taught me many good lessons and other useful things to help have a good and rewarding life. Thanks for waving good bye. See you on the other side when my time here expires.
