Obituary of Kevin Michael Welch

Kevin M. Welch, age 23 of Ashburn, VA, formerly of Sterling, VA passed unexpectedly March 16, 2015. Loving son of Roseanne and Terry Welch. Maternal grandson of Carl and Linda Tacci; Paternal grandson of Glenn and Brenda Welch. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Kevin was passionate about playing guitar and snowboarding. The family suggests memorial contributions to Fender Music Foundation (www.fendermusicfoundation.org) where 100% of proceeds go toward providing instruments to music education programs across the country, including schools.
