Obituary of Phillip Eugene Cogar

Phillip Cogar (58). On Friday, June 11th, 2010, Phillip Eugene Cogar of Sterling, VA went home to be with the Lord. Phil is survived by his wife of 34 years, Carla Cogar; three daughters Jami Cogar, Crystal Cogar, Tiffany Cogar Sturgeon (Roger); a son Joshua Cogar, a brother David Cogar (Vickie), two sisters Terry Combs and Leila Cogar, 17 nieces and nephews, a grandchild due in October, and a host of other family and friends. A viewing will be held Thursday, June 17th at Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 18th at 11:00 a.m., also at Adams-Green Funeral Home.
