Obituary of Joan Elizabeth Payne

Payne , Joan E. (Age 68) Of Manassas, VA passed away on Saturday , July 4, 2015. Born in Centreville, VA, the daughter of Russell Payne and Catherine Pullen Payne and a long time resident of Manassas, she retired from the Health Department in 2003. Joan enjoyed camping, bingo, and most of all being with her family. She had the most loving and forgiving heart and her presence would light up a room. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Everett Payne, Jr. and her brother Russell Payne. She is survived by her three loving children, Everett Payne III, Catherine Payne, and Kelly Payne Wilkey; four grandchildren, and also leaves behind two sisters, Bonnie Harding and Bertie Harding. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
