Obituary of William Joseph Davis

William "Bill" Davis was born in Kulpmont, PA to William R. and Mary K. Davis. He graduated from Mt. Carmel HS in Mt. Carmel, PA. After high school, he entered the US Navy, where he was recruited to play baseball and basketball for the Navy team in Washington, DC. After leaving the Navy, he moved to West Chester, PA and worked for Wyeth Laboratories as an electrician, and at the Warner Theatre as a projectionist. He is predeceased by his wife, Catherine, and siblings Helen Hynoski, James Davis, Betty Terenick, Virginia Wisniewski, George Ginunas, Jack Davis, Robert Davis, and Rita Davis. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Swistock; his granddaughters Stephanie Helms and Rebecca Davis; his grandsons Nathaniel Swistock, James Swistock, and Joseph Swistock, and two great-grandchildren.
