To our dear friend Synthia, We know you and Joe had a special love and admiration for each other. Keep fond memories in your heart and you will keep smiling just as Joe would want you to do. A special memory for us is when we think about when Joe lovingly sang to you at your wedding. You made him very happy and nothing can ever change what you had together.

To our dearest and forever friend Synthia, The love you and Joseph had for each other is a wonderful testiment to true love and your commitment to family, faith, marriage and each other. We met you and Joseph through our children and Little League Baseball many many years ago. It was the greatest gift God could have given us to become a part of your lives. We will deeply miss Joseph and all the great times we shared. He was like a brother to us and the favorite uncle to our children. He helped us in ways no other family member ever could and that will never be forgotten. We had the pleasure of watching your love grow deeper each and every year. Those who truly knew you and Joseph were fortunate and to be called your friend was indeed a gift from Heaven. However, you both made us feel like family and we knew we could count on each other for anything at anytime no matter how hectic our lives became. At this time of sorrow and grief, we want you to know that you can still count on us as family as we did Joseph. Our memories can never be spoiled by others resentment or envy and our love for you and Joseph will last an eternity. May you find comfort in knowing Joseph is at peace and he will continue to watch over us all from his special place in Heaven. Thank you for giving Joseph your love and strength. Thank you for sharing that love with us. Love, Kisses and Bear Hugs from The Owens’ Family, Michael, Patricia, Jaime Cassandra and Todd

Our precious friend, Synthia, You and Joe had a very special love for each other, and God knows you brought each other many happy moments. A moment I will remember with great delight is when Joe knelt and sang to you at your wedding, what a wonderful romantic gesture! We had prayed for a long life together, so we are saddened by his early departure to Father in heaven, but God knows the big picture, and we believe someday you, he, and we all will reunite. God's grace is abundant, and God's mercies are new each day. Continue to put your trust in God and call on your feinds on those days and nights when you feel sad. We, your friends, care about you deeply, so please reach out at any time when you want to reminisce or to cry. May God's peace surround and enfold you now and always. Sending much love accompanied by many hugs your way. Barbara

Our entire family sends their sincerest sympathy for the loss of Joe. Joe has been a part of our lives for many, many years. Dominic was Joe's Godfather and Joe's parents were Godparents to Cecilia. Joe was loved and respected by all who knew him in his hometown of Niagara Falls. He was led by his faith and lived what he believed and he provided that standard to which we aspire. No matter where Joe traveled, he would return to visit and expressed his caring for and interest in every one of us. We feel very proud and blessed to be in the realm of those Joe called family.
