Dorothy and Bill Outerbridge were my neighbors for many years. Dorothy was always so bright and positive! She always baked Christmas cookies, took care of the flowers and gathered in cats!! I loved talking with her when she and Bill would take their walks. She kept me informed of what was going on. She was a comfort to me when my husband died, even though she was ill herself. I moved away and just found out about her passing. I am heart sick!! Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
