Obituary of Vicky Webster Rosser

Vicky Webster Rosser, age 58 passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Manor Care of Fair Oaks Center after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. Those who were by her side were her loving husband, Richard; her daughter Cassandra and her son, Andrew. Vicky is survived by her father, William Webster; a sister, Kathy Cooper and brother, David Webster. The family has decided to have private services at a later date.
