Born in Washington, D.C. on October 18, 1941, she traveled the world with her husband for more than 15 years, experiencing new places, people and cultures, all in the service of her country. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Cornelius "Neil" Dunnigan, three daughters, Victoria Baker (Steve & Toby), Kelley Crosby (Chaz) and Stacy Dunnigan; a brother, Anthony Di Francesco of California; five grandchildren, Michael (Kelly), Ryan (Dayna), Brady, Benjamin (Tashua) and Danielle (Daniel) and 6 great-grand children, Kamden , Kallen, Madison, Kara, Aaniyah and Haden - all of whom were the light of her life.
She enjoyed life to the fullest, doting on her grand children and great-grand children, whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed saying her prayers daily, the beach, fine dining (especially "chicken, a thousand ways") and TV soap operas.
