Obituary of Thomas Allen Bellamy

Thomas Allen Bellamy, 64, of Sterling, Virginia, lost his courageous battle with heart disease on October 20, 2015. Thom was recently retired after 35 years of service for the Federal Government and was proud to have served in the US Air Force for 13 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Frances Bellamy, natives of Dundalk. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Christine Bellamy of Sterling; and three children; son Shawn and wife Christine of Sterling; daughter, Jennifer Bellamy of Centreville; and son Brian and wife Kathleen of Sterling; 6 grandchildren, Joshua, Kaitlyn, Kristin, Karilyn, Charlotte and Max and two great grandchildren, Stella and Jackson; three brothers, Robert Jr., William and Kevin and three sisters, Anna, Theresa and Linda; his faithful companion Austin; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed. There will be a Funeral Mass as St. Rita's Catholic Church, 2907 Dunleer Road, Dundalk, Maryland on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Heart Association in his name.
