Obituary of Kathleen Buckley

Kathleen Buckley was born in New York City in 1944 in a section of upper Manhattan known as Vinegar Hill. She was the youngest of six children born to John Monahan and Marjorie Rooney. She worked for over 10 years for General Motors in Manhattan and married John Buckley in 1970. In 1974, Kathleen and John moved to Rockland County in NY. In 1988, Kathleen, John and their two children, John & Maryellen, moved to Herndon, VA where they have resided ever since. Kathleen was also Grand Ma to six children (Paul, Brian, Arden, Madeline, Everett and Colin) who also live in Virginia. Kathleen's great passion in life was loving her children and spoiling her grandchildren.
