Obituary of Ivone Enriquez Weaver

Ivone Enriquez Weaver passed away at the age of 47 after a two and half year battle with breast cancer on March 17th, 2016.  She died in her home in Herndon Virginia surrounded by family. Ivone was born in Sangolqui, Ecuador on March 3rd, 1969 to Julio Cesar Enriquez and the late Luz Maria Lopez.  She is survived by her husband and children, David, Sofia and Lucas Weaver; her sisters Elsie Rocio Enriquez, Sylvia Nohemi Enriquez, and Maria Oliva Enriquez; and her brothers Julio Edgar Enriquez, Germanico Leonidas Enriquez, and Pablo Roberto Enriquez. She attended the Imaculata school in Sangolqui Ecuador and always finished first in her class.  She also attended Simon Bolivar Junior American College in Quito, Strayer University, and Georgetown University.  She came to the United States in 1991 and worked for TransAmerica.  In 1996 she went to work for Sprint International and had remained in the same organization for twenty years. Ivone will be remembered for her fierce devotion to husband and children.  She'll be remembered for her love of travel and learning about foreign cultures.  She loved to host parties and pamper her guests with good food, drinks, and company.  Most of all, she will be remembered for her smile that could light up the darkest room, and stole her husband's heart the first time he saw it. May God wing her to heaven.   May she rest in eternal glory and peace. Flower/Charities: Ivone loved flowers so we will accept flowers.  I checked with the St. John Neumann Catholic Church and they will allow the flowers in the church.  If others prefer to donate to charity, Ivone choose St Jude Children's Hospital.  Ivone knows more than anyone how horrible breast cancer is, but in her opinion a parent seeing a child die of disease is a far worse thing.
