Billy, I will always remember your kind eyes and the warm welcoming hugs you'd give when I'd see you. Moments like that I will cherish. It's a reminder to savor each moment because you'll never know when it could be your last. My heart felt condolences and sympathy go out to his loving wife Ingrid, devoted sister Jennifer, Billy's Parents and entire family. His memory will live on in our hearts. Love and prayers, Christi
