To Miss Lynn: I am not a religious person ,but I do believe in God.So with that said I was/am truly blessed to have Dave and you become a part of my life. I came to your door in 1998 with long hair , a certification card in my hand and very little HVAC experience. At that time the 3 c's were a challenge , capacitor , contactor , compressor. I almost literally came to Virginia with the clothes on my back , my belongings filled a small pick-up truck.Dave hired me after a 3 hour interview and I cut my hair and ventured down this unfamiliar path not sure what the future had in store for me .I asked for $400 a week to pay my bills and you made that happen. I stumbled along the way but you never gave up on me . I met alot of people who showed me the way and Dave was the leader of those people. I'm proud to say the brotherhood of friends I have thru Daves goes back 18 years that includes your family members , your customers and all of our employees former and present .I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this statement but I want to thank you for all you and Dave have done for my family over the years . Moving forward I want to thank Dave and you for sculpting me into the person I am today. Dave was much more than a Boss as AJ said the best boss EVER. He was my friend , my confidant , my teacher. He gave me the tools, knowledge,confidence in myself to do my job well and to live my life in a positive manner. Dave has truly inspired me to be the best person I can be. Your sense of business,family,and community are bar none, top notch and can not be duplicated. I am very thankful to you guys for letting us take care of our family matters when needed ,knowing how sometimes it was a burden to you , I also think all the guys are a appreciative of that also. In the future I vow to uphold the integrity , honesty, and quality of workmanship that Dave founded his company on. I will try to keep his legacy alive .I'm pretty sure one person can not fill this man's shoes , lucky for us we have in place an amazing group of people who individually bring alot of skill sets to the table . I love all of you. Mr Dave I miss you tremendously and I'm gonna continue to make you proud. Rest In Peace hope your enjoying your hotdog stand With much Love aluminum Mike
