Obituary of Tammy Lee Harris

Tammy Lee Harris (age 47) On November 03, 2016, Tammy Lee Harris of South Riding, Virginia lost her battle with cancer at the Capital Caring Adler Center in Aldie, VA. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Bret, her daughters Brittany and Brooke, her mother Mary Nunnally, and sister Theresa Rose and preceded by her father Richard Nunnally. She worked for Fairfax County Government for 27 years, most recently for the Sheriff’s Department. One of her greatest achievements was attaining the rank of Dark Blue belt in Tae Kwon Do, which was a sport she shared with her daughters for many years. Tammy loved Ocean City and enjoyed traveling with her family to see lighthouses. She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be missed dearly. Funeral service will be 3:00 pm Sunday, November 6 with visitation one hour prior at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA.
