Obituary of Alan Animas Serohijos

Alan A. Serohijos, Of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Died on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Born in Cebu, Philippines on October 8, 1959. Alan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southwestern University, Cebu, City ,Philippines, with a degree in Accountancy. He worked as an auditor at the Insular Bank of Asia and America (IBAA) and later at PCI-Bank, both based in Cebu City. In 1999, he migrated to the U.S. He worked at Computer Packages Inc. , in Rockville MD., as an Accounts Payable accountant. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Conchita Serohijos; his brother, Joel; his sisters, Lydia and Pinky. A loving son and brother. A loyal friend. Independent soul. Believer in the goodness of you and me. Always a positive outlook on life despite all odds. He lived his faith. Life of the party. A life well-lived. Heaven is a happier place because a new angel has come and he is making all the other angels laugh. Friends are welcome for a viewing on Saturday, November 5th and Sunday, November 6th from 6-8pm at ADAMS-GREEN Funeral Home where a service will be held at 11 AM on Monday. Burial will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon, VA.
