I worked with Don over the past 30 plus years at both NPIC (Building 213), Washington Navy Yard and at the DIAC at Bolling Air Force Base. Such an Honorable and respectable man! He was always very cordial as we chatted many times. I remember him driving to see his elder sister in the New England area on several occasions in recent years, even in his 80's and wondering how he ever managed it! I know he loved her immensely! Thanking him for his years of military service to our GREAT Nation! He impacted the lives of all that knew him and he will be greatly missed! Thanks for the memories Don! May the Lord Bless and keep you always!!!
My Highest Respect and regards to this great American! Barry

Don was a very effective leader, a hard worker, and a class guy. Everyone who knew him liked him.

I supported Don back in the 90's at the DIAC, on the soft-copy DIEPS program. I always enjoyed at lunchtime when he would say: "I hereby declare, Lunch". Don will certainly be missed!! May he rest in peace!
