Obituary of Willis Rankin Williams

Mr.Williams was a great man with a helping heart. No question was to small or big when it came to his love and knowledge of plants. Mr. Williams also loved giving tours of the greenhouses to children. He so enjoyed passing his love and knowledge about plants on to everyone. He brought gardens of peace to many people in the 62 years since the greenhouses where open. Mr. Williams left behind his wife of 64 years Bessie May Williams, daughters Darlene Jenkins, Lydia Barker, Celia Jacoby, Carolyn Williams and his son Micheal Williams. Eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and his brother Alfred and sister Darlene. He was preceded home to the Lord by his Mom & Pop and four siblings. Family will receive guests on Friday December 16th, 5pm- 8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA. Prayer Service will be at 7:30 pm. Interment will be private. With the holiday season in full swing we will not be able to answer the phone to receive condolences.
