Obituary of Eleanor Frances Sheble

Eleanor F. Richardson Sheble - “Ellie” October 4, 1962 – December 31, 2016 Ellie grew up in Washington, D.C. and Arlington, Virginia. She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in Alexandria, Virginia (which has since closed), and attended Christendom College and, later, George Mason University. Ellie was the Director of Industrial and Global Security for Unisys Corporation for seven years. She also worked for CACI and AMS in similar roles. Ellie was loved by her friends, co-workers, and family. She was known for her infectious smile and laugh. Ellie touched the lives of many people with her kindness, vibrancy, and wit. She was a capable and intelligent lady and a devoted lover of animals. Ellie was preceded in death by her mother, Sheila Collins Richardson, and father, Frances D. Richardson. She was survived by her brother, James J. Richardson, of Deal Island, Maryland. A funeral Mass will be said on Friday, January 13th at 11 a.m. at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, 21371 St. Theresa Lane, Ashburn, Virginia 20147, with prayers for Ellie beginning at 10:30. A reception will follow at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm in Ashburn. Interment will be private at a later date.
