Obituary of Oscar Rodriguez

Oscar Rodriguez, 68, of Ashburn, VA, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2017. Born in La Paz, Bolivia to Abigail and Juan Vincente Rodriguez, he lived most of his life in Northern Virginia. Oscar worked in the hospitality industry for many years and enjoyed cooking. He loved soccer, photography, his music collection, the Redskins, calligraphy, and spending time with long time friends and family. Oscar was a devoted father and husband to his wife Theresa Rodriguez. He is survived by his three children, Wendy Stair, of Colorado (and her husband Hunter Stair) Vanessa Rodriguez, of Virginia, and Gary Rodriguez, of Arizona. Oscar is also survived by his grandchildren, Destiny Rodriguez, Abigail Stair, Nicholas Stair, Lia Stair, Quinten Stair, Caleb Rodriguez and Lucas Pfeiffer, as well as many extended family members and friends in the area. A Funeral service will be held at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Sterling, VA on Saturday, March 4 at 1:00pm. A celebration of life reception will follow.
