To Gail and the Eiben Family,
Although there are many the Eiben Family members I have never been fortunate enough to meet in person, please know all of you are in my highest thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
Gail, as you well know, we have been friends for what seems like forever and for which I am so grateful.
Ken had an incredibly kind heart and such a generous spirit by always willing to help a friend, neighbor or colleague.
Ken will be dearly missed but his spirit will continue to live on in so many wonderful ways. I know I will think of him often in the days and years to come.
Please know I wish you all peace and comfort in the days ahead.
