Dear Ferne, We go back such a long time and I am having a hard time losing you. We have been thru so much together. I remember you and Stan driving into NYC the night before my surgery at NY Medical Center, I was so in awe that you would spend that much time and energy for me. I remember the breaks you, Edie and I took at Beefsteak Charlies, the boat rides on Long Island Sound, your hospital stay after swallowing a pin, and that awful October day when that young boy rode his bike into your car. And of course how you stayed with Edie when she was dying while I worked. You and Stan came down to Florida and stayed with me in Ft Myers when I was working at Wilford and Lee, which you called the "Gift Store". We also went up to Toronto when you visited in North Tonawanda. Such great memories, too many to write about here. You know I love you and someday will see you again in Heaven.
