Waters, Vivian Marion (age 85) On April 20, 2017 at Bridgepoint Hospital in Washington DC. Beloved wife of Terrell F. Waters of Herndon, VA; loving mother of Terrell F. Waters, III (Isabel) of Bluemont, VA and Victor A. Waters (Mary) of Arlington, VA. She was the sister of Elizabeth Mosley and Carolyn Stevens, both of Hampton, SC; Patricia Lake of Summerville SC and Charles Bowers of Estill, SC. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Tuesday April 25, 2017 at Adams-Green Funeral Home 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA 20170. Funeral services will take place at 1:00pm Wednesday April 26, 2017 at Herndon United Methodist Church, 701 Bennett St. Herndon, VA 20170. Interment will follow in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
