Obituary of Wesley Dale Turner

WESLEY DALE TURNER (Age 82)
On May 1, 2017 in Herndon, VA. Beloved husband of 52 years of Barbara W. Turner, father of Tamara T. Lemmons, grandfather of Mark F. Lemmons, Jr. and uncle and granduncle to many loved nieces and nephews. Dale was predeceased by Barbara and by his brother Kenneth Turner and also lived in Fairfax, VA, Falls Church, VA, Washington DC, and Gatesville, TX. He was a career CIA employee serving in a variety of positions and locations in 32 years of service. He was an active member of Knox Presbyterian Church in Falls Church, VA and played softball in the Northern Virginia Senior Softball and CIA leagues for many years. A memorial service will be held Saturday May 13 at 1:00 at Knox Presbyterian Church, Falls Church, VA (www.knoxfc.org). Visitation will be on Friday May 12 from 5:00 to 8:00 at Adams-Green Funeral Home, Herndon, VA 20170 (www.adamsgreen.com). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dale's name to the Herndon, VA Relay for Life benefiting the American Cancer Society.
