Obituary of Martin Louis Padalino

Martin L. Padalino, 92, passed away on July 3, 2017 at 7:30 am.  Born on November 12, 1924 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Frank Padalino and the late Louise Crecco.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Katherine, and his son, Martin James.

 Marty received his B.S. at Seton Hall University and an MBA from Syracuse University.  His Army career spanned 25 years and three wars.  In WWII, he was in the Army Air Corps; he served as a tank commander in the 24th Infantry in the Korean War; and in Vietnam he was an Ordinance Battalion Commander.  Upon retiring from the Army he joined the International division of FMC Corporation. Marty is survived by his loving wife, Ellen, his son, Frank, his two daughters, Rita and Susan, three step-children, thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

 The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm on July 20th and from 10:00am to 12:00pm on July 21st 2017 at Adams Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA. There will be a memorial service and reception on July 21st 2017 at 2:00pm at Falcons Landing Chapel in Potomac Falls, VA.
