Bud and I are saddened that we were unable to attend Billy's service today. We were planning on being there to celebrate Billy's wild and wonderful life but ended up in the vet with our dog unexpectedly. We wanted to let you know how much we both loved Billy. We had a lot of fun with him over the years but most important to us is how kind, sweet and welcoming Billy always was. We will always remember the times we spent with Billy and his crazy ways. We both played many of horseshoe games with and against him over the years (which he usually won). I am sure he was welcomed with open arms in the Heavens and will certainly liven up the place! May God bless Billy and you all as you mourn his loss. For us, we are happy Billy was a part of our lives!

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family at this time of loss. And may you be comforted by God’s promise that “he will destroy death forever” (Isaiah 25:8). That the resurrection is real is demonstrated by Jesus at John 11:19-44 where he raised Lazarus to life after 4 days in the grave.
This and other resurrection accounts are a demonstration of what Jehovah will do on a far grander scale in the paradise earth to come. Envision the reunions as dear friends and relatives, once separated by death, embrace this dear one again! Learn more at www.jw.org.

My son and I have known Billy for quite a long time. I havent seen him since I moved in 2004 but I lived in Sugarland and used to see him everyday. It might have been a wave or stop on way home from work to say hello but I will miss his smile and laugh.

Coming to Sugarland Run in 1970 the first families I met was the Lasher/Greenblatts and the Dellinger family. Billy was the kind of kids that if you had a younger brother billy was the perfect one. Billy always made me laugh with his crazy antics. You will be missed but by no means will you ever be forgotten

Dear Family:
So sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort help you through this difficult time and give your peace. The Bible promises that soon death will be eliminated and we we will get to welcome our loved ones who have died back to life! (Isaiah 25:8 and John 5:25) May these promises from our Father strengthen you.

Billy was such a kind and genuine soul. If you asked Billy for a favor, he would be there in a minute. Billy helped my son loan his uhaul truck for his big trip to Colorado and provide my son with guidance and reassurance he would do just fine. Billy will be truly missed! I look forward to the day I will see him again.

To Billy - Brother may you rest in the arms of Jesus, walk on the streets of gold and save a room for me in Gods mansion.
Mr. Dellinger, Steve, Jeff & Tammy, Billy was someone I always looked up to during our time together as children and sports at Broad Run. His example on the field showed me how to be a true sportsmen and gentlemen.
One Sunday I was directing traffic at a huge event at Community Church. Billy had been attending service and had already left the building on RT7, he saw me struggling in the heat, he turned around and went and got a drink from the church and brought it to me. Billy's act of kindness that day told me and showed me that he was a man after Gods heart.
May the Lord comfort you and give you peace and rest during this time.
We love you guys!
