Obituary of Jerry J. Montigny

Jerry Montigny, 74, of Reston, VA passed away suddenly via a heart attack on Thursday October 26, 2017 in Reston Hospital. 

Jerry was born July 25, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois to Frank and Betty Montigny.  He was the fourth of five children. (Sister Betty Burns, Brothers Billy Montigny, Jimmy Montigny and  Michael Montigny) Jerry worked for 45+ years as an Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Professional for various Government, Military, and civilian programs and retired as the Director of Purchasing at TAG Industries.  Jerry is survived by his loving wife Marian Montigny of Reston, VA, his four sons’: Jerry Montigny of Ashburn, VA,Mike Montigny of Fullerton, CA, Crane-Ryan Montigny of Leesburg, VA, and Frank Montigny of Ashburn, VA, his 7 grandchildren (Tyler, Sofia, Sophia, Isabelle, Colson, Kai, and Kane) and numerous other relatives and friends. He will be missed by all who loved him. Jerry was predeceased by his parents Betty and Frank.

Visitation Services will be held Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA on Saturday November 4, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a burial ceremony at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Jerry would suggest donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
