Obituary of Roy Patrick Treese

Roy Patrick Treese

On Nov. 27, 2017, Roy P. Treese of Sterling, VA died at the Adler Center for Caring in Aldie, VA.  Mr. Treese was born on March 17, 1942 in Altoona PA.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse C. and Ruth E. Treese and two brothers, Timothy P. and Steven R. Treese. 

He was the beloved husband of Patricia M. Treese of Sterling, VA; loving father of Laura M. Kislowski, Melissa L. Schomody and James P. Treese.  He was the brother of John C. Treese of Altoona, PA.  He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Mr. Treese retired as an aerospace engineer from the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda, MD.

He loved to hunt, fish and especially play golf.

A Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 pm, Dec. 1, 2017 at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA 20170.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society (donate.cancer.org).  E-mail condolences may be made at www.adamsgreen.com
