Obituary of Val C. Kern

Val C. Kern, age 74 of Herndon, died December 9, 2017.  Born January 23, 1943 to the late Valentine and Elfrieda Kern.  He is the beloved husband of fifty years of Rosina C. Kern.  Loving and devoted father of Michelle (Jeff D. Lewis) Kern of Ashburn and Niclole (Jeff) Wilson of Leesburg. He is also survived by grandchildren Thomas, Andrew, and Mary as well as numerous other loving family and friends. 

Family will receive guests, Thursday, December 14 from 12:00 noon until service at 2:00p.m. (Viewing from 12:00 noon until 1:30) at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA.  Reception to follow service on Thursday, December 14 at Amphora Restaurant in Herndon. Interment with Military Honors will take place 1:00p.m., Friday, December 15 at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA.
