Barbara and Family,
We just heard today of Dwain's passing. We are deeply saddened by his death, and our condolences go out to you and your family. I worked closely with Dwain in the mid to late 1990's, and again starting in 2010. He was an incredible gentleman and public servant, and I will miss his counsel and friendship.
