Obituary of Paula Liotta

Paula Liotta was born in New York, New York March 5, 1926. She finished her earthly journey on December 29, 2017.

Paula was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends during the holidays. In recent years, she loved to shop on QVC and HSN. She was also a movie fan and enjoyed watching new releases as well as the vintage black and white dramas.

Paula retired after 26 years as an administrative staff for State Farm Insurance and has enjoyed many years of retirement.  She had a love for ballroom dancing and in recent years enjoyed salsa and line dancing, including teaching line dancing.

Paula was predeceased by daughter Judy and her sister Joan. Paula is survived by her brother Tony Giaimo, son Bill Liotta and daughter Linda Bethel. She also has five grandchildren, Eric, Kristen, Emily, Sydney and Jeff, and seven great-grandchildren, Lanae, Christian, Ben, Elias, Zoe, Noah, and Sophie.

Her daughter, Linda Bethel lovingly cared for her for almost the last 2 years of her life. The family gives her and everyone else who cared for Paula their greatest gratitude.

The viewing will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM with a brief service following at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170, followed by interment at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 831 Dranesville Road, Herndon, VA 20170.
