Obituary of Klaus Peter Koch

Klaus-Peter Koch, 90, of Leesburg, VA, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 20, 2018.

Born on August 7, 1927 in Hannover, Germany he emigrated to the U.S. in 1957 and was proud to become a U.S. citizen later in life.  He enjoyed a full life in retirement after a dedicated career.  He is fondly remembered for his zest for life, love of adventure and travel, the twinkle in his eye, his playful jokes, and as a kind and generous friend to all.

Beloved husband and devoted father, he is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann; his daughters, Juliann and Christina (Clifton); his grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Jennifer, Lukas and Noah; and his nieces and nephews, Peter-Jorg ,Dirk, Jochen, Helaine, Richard, Janet, Gregory and Laura.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Our Lady of Hope, Sterling, VA.
