Pat was a wonderful woman. I was blessed to have known her for probably 40 years. I met her as a young intern at DCEC. She was a real professional. A person that was loyal and could be trusted with anything. Knowing was a real privilege.

God takes care of people like her. Probably easy, because there are so few.
