Obituary of Reynold Stephen Alleyne

Reynold Stephen Alleyne, 70, passed away on 21^st  day of February, 2018.

Born on 18^th of September, 1947 in Trinidad and Tobago. He was welcomed into heaven by his parents – his father, Alfred Alleyne and  his mother, Audrey Alleyne of Trinidad and Tobago.

He is survived by his sisters – Joan Burke, Annette Hagood and his brothers – Leroy Alleyne and Winston Alleyne. He is also survived by his five daughters – Onika Alleyne, Kisha Alleyne-Reece, Afiya Holder, Nikela Richards and Joanna Rock. Grandfather of 9. He is also survived by nieces and nephews – David Burke, Brian Burke, Terrence Alleyne, Susan Alleyne, Christopher Hagood and Leroy Alleyne Jr. Father-in-law of Lyle Reece. He is survived by his in-laws Russell Hagood and Olive Alleyne. He was deeply loved by all of his family and friends.

He was a graduate of Belmont Boys R.C. Primary School and Belmont Boys' Secondary School in Trinidad and Tobago. He was also a long standing member of  Belmont and San Juan Taxi Drivers Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

He was known for his affable personality and charm which engendered favour from all whom he met during his life. He was regarded as a man who could navigate all levels of society, building a legacy of joy and harmony through all of his actions.

The family received friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church of Sterling, VA with a fuenral mass held at 11:00 AM on 28^th day of February, 2018, with Father Bob officiating.
