I only just learned of Mark's passing. I knew Mark professionally for many years when I worked for the Circuit Court Judges in Fairfax. He was always a delightful person to interact with whenever he came to the Judges' Chambers. I remember many funny stories he told us over the years about performing in local theater and stories about his dogs. I remember him as an excellent attorney who was respected by all who knew him. My deepest condolences to his loved ones.

I was so very sad to learn of Mark’s death. I taught at Yorktown High School and Mark was kind enough to come and talk to my government students on several occasions. Such an intelligent funny and witty man— my students were enthralled with him. My heartfelt sympathy to his family and many other friends. GodspeedMark. We will miss you so much.

Mark was always a steady presence in the Fairfax courthouse. He was always a great source of information, advice and support for attorney new and of long standing in practice. Also, just a great person to talk with. He will be greatly missed.

Mark was a dear friend and I shall miss him greatly Mark was the most interesting person at our table after the 7:30 Mass and seemed know about everything. There's no one left to talk about astrophysics. One year we taught 7th grade CCD but on different days. He was always more knowledgeable than I. Mark volunteered to read at my wife's funeral Mass and visited me when I was in the hospital after back surgery The world was a better place because of Mark
