We are so saddened by Jacob's sudden passing. My four children adored him at YMCA and he was for sure their favorite teacher at the after school program. My daughter Ella commented on how funny he was and how much she enjoyed joking around with him. He recently taught all my kids Lego Robotics and they loved it and the way he taught the program.
He will be missed tremendously in my children's lives.
As a mother, I am so sorry for your loss.

Dearest Randi,
I had never met your handsome son Jacob but the comments on his legacy Facebook page and his obituary is extremely special.
Randi - I still remember, more than 10 years ago, I saw you as a dedicated and happy mom who came to work very early so you could be with your kids to share their evenings every day. Also, during my limited contact with you in last 4 years, I heard you expressing immense contentment to be able to spend more time with family.
You sure were lucky to share so much love, fun and life in the 25 years that Jacob had in this world.
I am saddened deeply and sending you and your entire family my love and wishes of all the strength and bravery to pass through this difficult time.
I am out of town visiting my own family in Pennsylvania and will miss this opportunity to share this celebration of Jake’s life tomorrow.

I did not know Jake, but I wish I did. Reading his obituary it is obvious Jake was a very special person. I do know his grandfather, Michael Taccardi. Mr. Taccardi was my high school art teacher at Westbrook High School in Connecticut. I can certainly see where Jake got his love of the Arts. When I saw Mr. Taccardi's posting on FaceBook about his grandson, Jake, my heart went our to him and to your entire family. Such a special person gone from this life. He is surely lighting up the next life. So very sorry for your loss.
