I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Chris from high school and through mutual friends. While we didn’t connect often over the years aside from comments on social media, he was a funny and a kind individual with a mutual love for cats, and I am sorry hear of his passing. Rest In Peace, Chris.

Chris and I shared a bedroom from the day he was able to sleep in a crib until the day I left for college; he’s still the person that I’ve spent the most time with thus far in my life. He was the only person that shared all of my hobbies and the only person I ever had to defend with my fists. From waking up early to play video games, to the best man in my wedding, he was always with me. He had an enormous impact on my life and shaped who I am today. If I could tell him anything, it would be that we found a safe and loving home for his cats Jolene and Lorelei. We will all miss him dearly.

Lord,
I come before you today knowing that all power is in your hand. I know that you are the Lord and that you care for your people.
Right now, my Friends Paul and Kathy Mulloy are struggling with a difficult trail. I scan see their strength is faltering, Lord and know that you have all of the strength that they need.
I pray that you will reach down and touch the Mulloy’s right now wherever they are at this moment. Let your presence fill the room where they are and let them feel an extra portion of your strength that can help them to get through this day.

Chris was such a unique man. He and I had many similar hobbies. So much so that it had bonded us. A kind of thread. Truly an older time of days gone by resided within.

Chris always had a lot of good in him. I remember back in middle school he tried very hard to always have my back.
I was morbidly obese as a child and Chris always attempted to come to my aid and defend me when people would say cruel things and attempt to hurt my feelings due to my size. I remember he would attempt to console me when those mean things were said and be more than willing to confront those verbally assaulting me on my behalf. He was a protector, a guardian, and a good soul.
I remember later in life discussing joining the medical corps with him and praised him for his decision to do so. He was a most excellent human being and the world is definitely significantly more empty with him gone.
