Obituary of Herbert Martinez III

Herbert “Herbie” Martinez , III was given by God February 9, 1998 and given to God on May 16^th 2018.  Herbie as a child had an extreme passion for music and sports which carried on as a young man.

He graduated from Park View High School in Sterling VA in June 2016.  He was a successful football and track athlete.  He had an angelic singing voice.  He enjoyed making others happy and was very giving.  He was full of life and energy.  His smile was never ending and his laughter was contagious.  He was and always will be a kind and loyal soul. 

Herbie is survived by his parents, Herbert and Sonia; his sisters, Erika and Tahira.  He also left behind his maternal grandparents, Rafael and Marina and his paternal grandmother, Gladys and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
