Obituary of Frank M. Dunsmore

Frank Melvin Dunsmore, 80 of Falls Church died Thursday, October 11, 2007 at Powhatan Nursing Home in Falls Church. The family will receive friends at Christian Fellowship Church, 21673 Beaumeade Circle, Ashburn, VA Tuesday, October 16, 2007 from 9am until service time at 11am. Interment will be at Cheltenham National Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 11am. Mr. Dunsmore was born October 20, 1926 in Erwin, TN to the late Mr. and Mrs. Dunsmore. He was retired from Western Union Telegraph Co. after 41 years residing in the Washington area for 52 years. He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Ethyl M. Dunsmore who died in 1989, and a son Frank M. Dunsmore, Jr. who died in 1970. Surviving are his daughters, Sharron D. Potts, Kathleen D. Gugliuzza, Joyce D. Glidden, Karen D. Metz; ten grandchildren, James Latham, Lisa Latham, Frank Latham, Joseph Gugliuzza, Jenna Gugliuzza, Michael Glidden, Adam Glidden, Steven Glidden, Nathan Glidden, and Brittany Metz; one great-grandson, Chase Latham; two brothers, Henry Dunsmore, Jack Dunsomore; two sisters, Betty Hickman and Doris Smith.
